Founded in 2003 as an incubation management and management consulting firm, Fulcrum’s initial focus was on building high performance companies from the ground up.

As incubation activities grew into more robust opportunities that required financing, strategic capital structure management, and venture oversight, Fulcrum grew its resources and network to provide merger and acquisition and equity activities.

Over the last couple of years, Fulcrum has anticipated and prepared for the current global financial situation by developing an investment banking division and establishing our own asset management company. Though our integrated platform of expertise, investors, partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborative relationships, we are well-positioned to provide clients with stable investment offerings and timely capital infusions.
