Fulcrum Chicago Corporation is a Venture Investment & Management firm focused on new ventures or “stalled growth” opportunities of high quality with untapped potential. Founded in 2003 as an incubation management and management consulting firm, Fulcrum leveraged internal and external business resources and developed IP with a goal to build high performance companies.

As both deal potential and opportunities grew, Fulcrum found itself entering into Hybrid-style and Joint Venture deals. To optimize Fulcrum’s functions in such opportunities—including financing, strategic capital structure management and venture oversight—two segments of Fulcrum were created: one for incubation related activities and the other to focus on M&A/equity activities.

Over the last couple of years, Fulcrum has anticipated and prepared for the current global financial situation by aligning with the largest and most stable institutions. Through its network, partnerships, joint ventures and collaborative relationships, Fulcrum is now positioned to assist clients with stable investment offerings and timely capital infusions.

This offering is available through Fulcrum’s third formal division which is focused on banking support related activities. This high-growth division positions Fulcrum as a full service firm by leveraging its platform for business development and through networking to bring success to complex and robust ventures in any aspect from management to finance.

Occasionally, Fulcrum may enter opportunities that fall outside of its charter; these are special situations in which one or more of the partners may have a strong interest.
